Leadership in Housing & Development

Under Jeff’s leadership, CCI is currently managing the development of Savannah Trails and Orleans Place, a transformative $100 million mixed-income, mixed-use development in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Funded through a complex blend of private and public sources such as CDBG, USDA, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, this project demonstrates Jeff’s expertise in financial oversight and compliance management.

🔑 Project Highlights:

• Over 500 single-family and multi-family housing units

• 200,000+ sq. ft. of retail space

• A 100-child daycare center integrated into the community

Additionally, CCI provides technical assistance and fiscal monitoring for the City of New Orleans – Office of Community Development’s $410 million CDBG grant program, ensuring effective and compliant use of public funds for community revitalization and growth.
