About Anthony Cardinal

Innovative, creative, and an excellent visionary — these are just a few of the words that describe Anthony Cardinal, a respected leader whose talents and contributions are well known throughout Florida and beyond. With a distinguished career spanning law enforcement, entrepreneurship, consulting, and nonprofit leadership, Anthony has dedicated his life to service, strategic growth, and creating meaningful impact in communities.

A Legacy of Service

Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Anthony began his journey of service with the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, where on October 28, 1988, he was promoted to Supplemental Police Superintendent. He held this leadership position for 11 years, demonstrating exceptional commitment and integrity.

His dedication to safety and security extended into private enterprise when he founded and operated his own private security company. Later, Anthony brought his expertise to the New York City law enforcement community, gaining valuable experience in one of the world’s most complex urban environments.

Entrepreneurship and Strategic Leadership

Anthony’s passion for innovation led him into the world of strategic planning, consulting, branding, development, and marketing. In 2000, he launched Kenscoff Sportswear, a clothing line that showcased his creative vision and entrepreneurial drive.

In 2016, Anthony expanded his business portfolio by founding Cardinal Homes, LLC, a property investment and development company based in Central Florida. His mission: to deliver the American dream by providing veterans and families with high-quality, versatile homes — and the most satisfying building and buying experience possible.

Champion for Veterans and Children

In 2009, driven by a deep commitment to children’s welfare and support for military families, Anthony founded 1st Veterans Kids Care, Inc. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to transforming the lives of children of our military heroes by identifying and addressing their needs.

Through 1st Veterans Kids Care, Anthony works tirelessly to raise awareness about the challenges faced by veterans, their spouses, and children — especially those coping with the loss or disability of a parent due to military service. The organization’s mission is to bring hope, support, and tangible solutions to these deserving families.

A Personal Mission

Now calling Florida home, Anthony and his family draw inspiration from the natural beauty and vibrant spirit of their surroundings. His focus is on giving back — providing comfort, dignity, and opportunity to veterans, active service members, and their loved ones.

Through both his nonprofit work and business ventures, Anthony Cardinal continues to lead with passion, purpose, and an unwavering dedication to creating lasting positive change.
